- The solution has been certified for ERP 6.0 and CRM 2007
- However there are many existing customers that run ClickSoftware Service Optimization Suite productively also with older SAP releases
- The supported releases are: CRM 3.0, 3.1, 4.0 and 5.0 as well as R/3 4.6c, 4.7 and ERP 6.0
- The products do not require the SAP NetWeaver Portal
- The ClickSoftware solution has a 3-tier-architecture, consisting of layers for client, application server and database server
- The database can be Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or Oracle 9i and 10g
