When it comes to activity recording of employees or even subcontractors, heterogeneous system landscapes require the same time sheet information data to be entered manually in different systems. Different user interfaces per time sheet application require additional efforts for training and make the process time-intensive, which results in employee dissatisfaction. Entering time sheet information into different systems is an error prone process, and keeping data consistent throughout the systems requires a lot of overhead. Reports are showing wrong results and customers might not be billed correctly. The timesheet recording overcomes these problems be providing one consisten UI on top of the underlying time sheet systems.
