SAP Paybacks and Chargebacks application by Vistex lets you manage the entire spectrum of processes, from program inception to real-time financial postings and advanced reporting and analytics. It helps you manage the entire payback or chargeback rebate process life cycle, from claim initiation and receipt through adjudication, accrual, settlement, and post-settlement adjustment.

The application, which is embedded in the SAP industry solution portfolio, integrates wtih the my SAP ERP application, as well as the SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence component and the my SAP Customer Relationship Management application. By managing your chargeback life cycle, ou can expect increased promotional sales, reduced payback rebate errors and overpayments, and as much as a 50 percent decrease in manual administrative work.
